Cooking with Herbs

Cooking with herbs adds flavor and enticing aromas to any dish. Basils go with Italian food, but could also be used to make ice cream! Cilantro is often a “yes I love it” or “no I hate it” herb so it’s usually a good idea to check with dinner guests first before you use it. Dill is a summer herb – cold cucumber soup, or potato salad – but it also can keep us happy in the winter eating home-made dill pickles.
